Can you can increase your strength with resistance training at any age, even in your 90’s?

A study done by William Evans, PhD pointed out that you can increase your strength by 200% in just 8 weeks using weights twice a week for 30 minutes.

Remember after age 30 we will loose about 1% of our strength per year till age 70 and then it doubles to 2% per year. Aerobic exercise such as walking, running, biking or swimming without weight training failed to maintain strength as we age.
